Meet the Doctors

Isis was born in Torreon, Coahuila, Mexico. She lived half of her life in Durango, Mexico, and has spent the other half as a resident of Albuquerque. She is highly educated and trained, is bilingual, and holds several degrees from the University of New Mexico. Isis graduated in 2016 with one bachelor’s degree in Family Studies and a second bachelor’s degree in Dental Hygiene. Her past work experiences encompass a variety of customer service positions common to college students balancing education and employment.

Isis enjoys communicating with patients and listening to their unique stories. She enjoys their willingness to share their experiences with her and the staff at Sunridge Dental. In her free time, Isis and her husband enjoy spending time with their young child as well as calf-roping and feeding and caring for their cattle.

Susie has been working in the dental field for twenty-two years. For the past sixteen years, she has worked at Sunridge Dental Care. She received her education and training at the former Technical Vocation Institute, which is now known as Central New Mexico Community College. As a premier member of the team, Susie has truly enjoyed working with the Sunridge patient families and watching their children develop into young adults. She has experience as a front office member, insurance and billing representative, scheduling coordinator, and treatment coordinator.

Outside of the work setting, Susie enjoys spending time with her husband, attending Bronco games in Denver, going on shopping adventures with her two daughters, and enjoying the companionship of their two pit bulls.

Laura was born in Mexico and grew up in the Albuquerque area. She has worked in the dental field since 2016, first taking an interest in dentistry as an orthodontic patient. When she was given the opportunity to work in dentistry, she was instantly hooked. Laura is passionate about providing the best care and experience for every patient she treats. With her experience as a manager and treatment coordinator, Laura uses her bilingual skills to ensure all her patients feel comfortable and understand the importance of dental care.  

Laura is married to her high school sweetheart. Outside the office, she enjoys spending family time with her husband and two young children. Laura also loves to go camping in her spare time! She loves spending time outdoors, whether that’s planning trips to a lake or a vacation to a beach with her family.
